Your responsibilities and impact working as a Pardot CRM Developer will be:

• In charge for the platform mainly with Pardot but also including Marketing Cloud and to some extend Salesforce Core 
• Setting up, Integrating, 3rd party applications, customer code, and to some extend being involved in data migrations and data quality topics 
• Owning the investigation and fast resolution of defects and technical blockers
• Working with external agencies & consultants to deliver functional requirements as well as built alongside them using AmpScript or HTLM...
• Managing projects alongside a wide range of internal stakeholders
• Understanding the processes, procedures and needs of our users to support designing solutions to our development requirements
• Supporting training and understanding of CRM teams and their technical development 

Skills, experiences, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• You have a degree in a marketing related field
• You have 2 years of experience of email marketing / CRM campaign implementation and management
• You have advanced knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or similar email marketing tools
• You have an excellent oral and written command of English
• You have experience working with databases, data analysis and segmentation – SQL, HTML and AMPscript very advantageous
• You have a solid understanding and experience with Salesforce architecture and API
• You are desire to work hands-on in a fast paced, analytical environment, while also working on multiple projects simultaneously
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
