Your responsibilities and impact as a Performance Marketing Specialist will be:

• Monitoring and reporting on revenue and ROI  
• Managing and build long-term relationships with an existing portfolio of performance accounts
• Continuously improving ROI via new strategies and payout negotiations
• Setting up, launching and optimizing advertising campaigns
• Staying up to date with the latest industry news and trends 
• Working closely with the technical team to make product improvements and 
• Work closely with the publishing, advertising and compliance teams to increase overall network performance and provide valuable feedback 
• Attending international tradeshows

Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• English - full professional proficiency

• Previous experience in the digital sector, media buying or advertising 
• Knowledge of media buying models
