Your responsibilities working as a Quality Manager will be:

• Drawing out data from customer and enterprise systems
• Sorting data structure and common repositories
• Create and design report templates
• Keep all reports, formats and linkages up to date
• Reporting on a regular basis
• Maintain and create tools to facilitate queries (Access and Excel)

Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Educational background in the field of science (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science)
• Excel and Access on advanced level (ability to generate calculation tools, linked tables, dynamic databases, macros, etc.)
• Knowledge of tools like DB, SQL, Business Objects, Qlikview
• The ability of data analysis and numerical interpretation
• Knowledge of the Call Center environment
• Recognition between the different types of services and skills for their management and treatment.
