Recruitment Agency Manager (German Speaker)

In a multicultural context, you will be challenged to build a 3rd Blu Selection Office in Germany. You will strengthen the Blu values in a brand-new location the Blu values & add your final touch to the project. The challenge requires a true entrepreneurial mindset and a customer focus with positive vibes. 

Your responsibilities and impact as a Recruitment Agency Manager will be:
Your start and first 2 weeks within the company will be in our main office in Barcelona. 
After this beginning of onboarding, and thanks to a business development strategy you will need to build/develop the Blu Selection Clients portfolio from Clients based in Germany & Austria. 
To ensure the delivery of your perimeters you will need to recruit, onboard & train a team of 360 Recruitment Consultants (2 for the first year).

From day one, one of your objectives with the help of your manager & the other Recruitment Managers based in Barcelona, will be to work on putting in place an action plan to ensure the collaboration between offices.  

After the kick-off of the Blu office in Germany, your responsibilities will be: 
  • to ensure the quality of the service through operational excellence.
  • to develop the Blu Selection Clients portfolio with a sales approach and day-to-day account management and partnership management with your perimeter’s clients
  • to work on your people's career development, including recruitment forecasts, onboarding, target setting, feedback management, training delivery, and appraisal.
  • to develop for yourself up-to-date management skills with the help of your manager including leading by example: as a manager, you will always be expected to hold/support a certain amount of recruitment activities.

You will be a true actor in Blu Management and Organizational Strategy:
  • Take on operational management responsibilities within the company.
  • Participate in the strategy and further development of the company.
  • Identify areas of change/improvements and drive changes
  • Analysis, budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, and planning
  • Make Blu Selection one of the Key Actor of the European Market
  • Initiation/Participation in Ad-hoc Blu and Team Projects
  • Make Blu Selection one of the Key Actor of the European Market
We must be honest; the role requests additional tasks such as office management, Staff happiness, HR admin, finance admin, etc.  
As a POC for our clients in Germany, you will have to proceed to on-site client visits in Berlin and other main cities on a quarterly base and when you believe it's needed. 

You will work in a people-oriented environment; your flexibility and adaptability will be key to success. Your team must be composed of international members living a good life balance in Germany. The office is an English-Speaking zone to ensure integration of everybody.

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
  • You have a proficent level of German & have worked in German's geographical market
  • You have a fully proficient level of English with a work experience in a real international environment.
  • Having previous significative experience in 360 Recruitment of a minimum of 3 years
  • Having previous experience in business development/sales / cold calling approach of minimum 2 years
  • Being creative, adaptable, and proactive
  • Being a Team player
  • Getting excited about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
