Your Mission
In our multicultural and dynamic environment, you’ll kick off your career in recruitment. Guided by your Manager and supported by an international team, you’ll learn the ins and outs of the hiring process while enjoying the energy of a start-up culture.

What you’ll do

• Understand client needs and create search strategies to find the best fit

• Source and hunt candidates using our network and beyond

• Develop new sourcing channels and advertise open vacancies

• Interview and qualify candidates to match them with the right opportunities

• Build and grow your own candidate network

• Follow up with candidates and support their career journey

• Take part in ad-hoc projects and team initiatives

• Contract: End-of-studies internship (6 months, with Learning Agreement)

• Compensation: €600 gross/month + OTE bonus

• Working Hours: Flexible

What you bring

• Native level of German or Dutch

• Proficient English (any Spanish, French, Italian or other European Language)
