An international company providing software solutions to the world’s leading fitness trainers and health professionals to help them optimize, scale and streamline their online coaching business. You will be joining a dynamic and multicultural environment with an ever-expanding team working on the highest quality standards. 

Your responsibilities and impact working as Team Leader will be:

- Actively participating in the incorporation of the first coaches in the market, establishing the base of the company in Spain
- Once having established the ground, your next task will be to grow the market by recruiting, developing and motivating a team of (up to 10) high performance Key Account Managers
- Once the team is formed, you will be tasked to ensure constant and planned growth by monitoring the objectives and KPIs, and taking the appropriate measures to stay at the forefront of everything
- Taking part in daily operations and supporting the Key Account Managers team in all aspects of their work
- Guaranteeing the high quality of the client’s sales processes by participating in sales meetings, reviewing materials, etc.
- Being key to ensuring that the coaches incorporated into the your platform are of the right quality and fit the company’s vision

Skills, experience, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

You are fluent in Spanish and have professional proficiency in English 
- You are a proven team leader who is passionate about growing other people (a big plus is that if you have people in your network, you will be able to recruit them to the team once the company starts growing)
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and find it exciting to launch the company in Spain
- You have experience in sales and business development
- You like to build relationships of trust, both internal and external
- You have a strong network of contacts in the fitness/training sector in Spain
- You are ambitious and want to succeed
- You are a great communicator, both in writing and orally
- You have a strong interest or insight into fitness/nutrition/health and preferably have been working in some way in the fitness and health industry
- Experience in online marketing would be a plus!
