Your responsibilities and impact as a Technical Sales Team Lead will be:
- Report KPI's and results of team members on a weekly/monthly basis
- Coach Team members to reach their best performance
- Assist team with more complicated leads
- Assist in onboarding new members
- Back-up of project manager

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- A native level of German and a C1 level of English
- Ideally previous experience in supervising
- Good Knowledge of B2B environments
- General understanding of IT
- Previous experience in Sales
- Identification of new sales opportuntgies
- Good self-organization
- Living in or willing to relocate to Barcelona for an international career and life experience
- Having a valid Spanish work permit (required)
