Technical Support for Digital Entertainment Industry (German Speaker)

As a Technical Support Agent, you'll play a vital role in addressing escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and issues associated with products and services for a well-known entertainment brand. Your main responsibilities will include investigating complex cases, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and standards.

Your responsibilities as a Technical Support Agent will include:

  • Addressing escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues related to products and services.
  • Conducting thorough investigations into escalated cases, analyzing data, and identifying root causes for appropriate solutions.
  • Communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat to understand concerns and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Making informed decisions based on company policies, product knowledge, and customer needs.

Skills, qualifications, and interests needed for success in this role:

  • Native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English.
  • A valid Portuguese work permit (required).
  • Living in or willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.
  • Motivation and commitment to perform assigned tasks effectively.
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and embracing the expatriate lifestyle.

What's in it for you?

  • Type of contract: Unfixed term contract, with a 30-day probation period.
  • Full-time working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00.
  • Salary conditions: 850€ gross per month, along with a 50€ tech bonus, a 200€ language bonus, and a 120€ performance bonus. Additionally, a loyalty bonus of 300€ will be provided every three months.

For international candidates:

  • Up to 200€ for the cost of a travel ticket (Reimbursed after 3 months upon evidence of travel ticket)

  • Accommodation Support customized to your needs and your budget which can include assistance with temporary accommodation in the first weeks and/or finding permanent accommodation
