Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Service Representative will be:

• Responding to incoming inquiries via phone and chat (questions about costs, returns, purchase assistance, etc.)

• Accurately recording customer data in the CRM system

• Being a team player and collaborating for the team's success and project goals

Skills, qualifications, and interests needed to excel in this role:

• Fluency in Dutch with a good level of English

• Positivity, flexibility, and strong empathy

• Ability to work with desktop and internet programs

• Readiness to adapt and switch quickly between various situations

• Previous experience in customer service or a call center is valued

• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece is required
