Job description

Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Service Representative will be:
Responding to incoming inquiries via phone and chat (questions about costs, returns, purchase assistance, etc.)
Identifying issues and providing effective solutions in an empathetic manner
Accurately recording customer data in the CRM system
Being a team player and collaborating for the team's success and project goals
Skills, qualifications, and interests needed to excel in this role:
Fluency in Dutch with a good level of English
Positivity, flexibility, and strong empathy
Ability to work with desktop and internet programs
Readiness to adapt and switch quickly between various situations
Previous experience in customer service or a call center is valued
EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece is required
