Your responsibilities and impact as an Account Payable Specialist will be:

• Looking after payables to hotels and the financial commitments of our company
• Managing different information’s systems
• Maintaining spreadsheets and database
• Organizing payment to suppliers
• Making bank reconciliation
• Making accounting reconciliation and monthly closing
• Following up hotels payables accounts

Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• You are fluent in French and English, Spanish will be a big plus (Willingness to learn the language)
• You have a degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Business administration or Economics 
• You have a similar experience or an experience with corporate taxation & accounting
• You have experience with excel and Microsoft office
• You are based in Barcelona with NIE & SSN
• You are multitasking, organized, comfortable with numbers and with excellent communication skills
