Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Account Coordinator will be: Supporting and nourishing the daily partnership with the key clients – reporting to the European Customer Engagement Director

  • Coordinating timely job briefs between clients and consultants at global level
  • Ensuring pro-active follow-up on open vacancies
  • Analyzing, preparing, and delivering data of large global key clients (SLAs, quality & quantity analysis…)
  • Ensuring regular update and flow of information (Large clients' projects, successes, challenges, improvements ideas etc.)
  • Playing an active role in creating strategical insights on how to develop our portfolio of accounts
  • Taking over and driving various internal projects and tasks


Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Speaking a proficient level of English
  • Speaking another European language is highly valued
  • Experience in related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational and detail oriented
  • Analytical mindset
  • Being creative, adaptable, and proactive
  • Good level of Microsoft Office tool
