Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Representative will be:

  • Responding to inbound requests from organizations and documenting relevant case information
  • Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by responding in an appropriate and friendly manner
  • Identifying issues and providing effective solutions, and escalating the issues when they require further support
