Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:
- Helping clients with incoming issues
- Ensuring high-quality customer service
- Booking appointments for maintenance
- Roadside assistance
- Recording data in the CRM system
- Giving information about the app, warranty, and purchases
- A native level of Dutch and a high level of English (C1)
- Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create
- Articulate & communicative
- Available for 24/7 rotative shifts
- Being a real team player and committed to your work
- Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience
- Having a valid Portuguese work permit or an EU passport (required)
- Type of contract: a long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year. After 2 years a permanent contract
- Working hours: full-time (40h/week)
- Monday to Sunday, availability to work between 00:00 - 23:59, 8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner), on a rotational schedule
- Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 990€ gross/month
- Excluding accommodation: 1240€ gross/month
- Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months
- Airport pick up
- Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
