Your responsibilities andimpact as Customer Service Agent will be:
Assist customers via phone, email, or chat, providing top-quality support and solutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues (if applicable) and guide customers with clear instructions.
Ensure customer satisfaction by handling inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and deliver the best service possible.
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
a native level of italian (C2) and an advanced level of english
an advanced technical level

What’s in it for you?

Salary conditions: 1.100€ gross/ month + performance bonus up to 180€/ month
working hours: Monday- Friday:10am- 10pm (rotative shifts)
