Your responsibilities andimpact as Customer Service Agent will be:

  • Assist customers via phone, email, or chat, providing top-quality support and solutions.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues (if applicable) and guide customers with clear instructions.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by handling inquiries professionally and efficiently.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and deliver the best service possible.



Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • a native level of italian (C2) and an advanced level of english 

  • an advanced technical level 

  • We are firstly recruiting for motivated, professional, and reliable candidates who are committed to their experience abroad.
