Your future company:

An innovative luxury automotive brand that is currently creating an in-house Customer Interaction Center. They have offices worldwide to cater for the needs of their international clientele. The Customer Service department in Barcelona will focus on the markets of various European countries and consist of a very international team.

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Representative will be:

  • Be the friendly and empathetic first point of contact for customers by representing the company professionally

  • Contribute to the growth  of the Customer Interaction Center by bringing fresh ideas

  • Use your communication skills to resolve customer issues and maintain a good relationship

  • Most importantly: ensure that every customer walks away with a smile to reflect the company’s quality standards

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • Native level of Polish with a proficient level of English

  • Previous experience in luxury Customer Service or the Hotel industry

  • Already based in Barcelona

  • Having excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Being able to quickly understand customers´ needs and empathise with them

  • Structured and well-organized way of working

  • Experience working in the automotive industry is a plus
