An international customer support team in Greece is hiring Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to assist users of one of the world’s most widely used social platforms.
In this role, you’ll support users with account access, privacy and security questions, page/profile troubleshooting, and general technical guidance. You’ll be the person who brings clarity, reassurance, and solutions — especially when situations feel urgent or sensitive.
Your day-to-day
Handling inbound requests via phone, chat, and email
Supporting users with login and account access issues
Assisting with privacy, security, and account safety topics
Guiding users through settings, troubleshooting, and platform features
Managing reports and concerns in a calm, clear, and empathetic way
Ensuring every user receives accurate and consistent support
What you bring
Fluent Danish and good English, written and spoken
Strong communication skills and a service-driven mindset
Confidence handling sensitive topics professionally
Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Customer support experience is a plus, but not required
Basic technical understanding and willingness to learn
