What you will be doing

  • Managing incoming customer interactions via phone, chat, and email
  • Assisting customers with general inquiries, account-related questions, and service requests
  • Providing information about products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Handling customer concerns in a professional, solution-oriented, and empathetic manner
  • Ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication to resolve customer issues
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient support

 

Job requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations
  • Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or a contact center environment is considered an advantage
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
