What you will be doing
- Managing incoming customer interactions via phone, chat, and email

- Ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication to resolve customer issues
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient support
Job requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations
- Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or a contact center environment is considered an advantage
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
