What you will be doing
Managing incoming customer interactions via phone, chat, and email
Assisting customers with general inquiries, account-related questions, and service requests
Providing information about products, services, policies, and procedures
Handling customer concerns in a professional, solution-oriented, and empathetic manner
Ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication to resolve customer issues
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient support
Job requirements
Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations
Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or a contact center environment is considered an advantage
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
