AND YOUR ROLE IN ALL THIS?

We are looking for a technical leader to step into the data seat previously held by the CTO. Specifically, you will:

• Own the end-to-end data value chain and provide strategic leadership.

• Lead and grow the team, managing current specialists while shaping the department's future.

• Establish data governance and quality standards from the ground up.

• Be a product thinker, understanding the user's needs as clearly as the technical requirements.

• Stay hands-on, coding and architecting shared datasets while communicating with stakeholders.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• The Profile: An entrepreneurial "jack of all trades" who is naturally inspiring and acts as a mentor.

• Experience: 5+ years in data, leaning heavily toward Data Analysis. You know how to extract meaning from information and define what the data should look like.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Python.

• Stack Knowledge: Familiarity with (or equivalents to) Dagster, Great Expectations, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Data Studio, and Superset.

• Growth mindset: This role starts as a Lead, with the immediate opportunity to become Head of Data and shape your own team as the department expands.
