Digital Marketing Reporting Expert (English Speaker)

Your responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Reporting Expert will be: 
  • Managing and maintaining the learning platform which includes among other things:
    • Uploading and testing content
    • Supporting learners through a ticketing system
    • Providing technical solutions based on stakeholders' needs
  • Provide training analytics, reports, and related narratives by:
    • Interpreting data, and analyzing results using statistical techniques
    • Providing ongoing reports in Excel and Power BI
    • Developing data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
    • Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases/data systems
    • Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
    • Filtering and “cleaning” data by reviewing LMS/Google Analytics reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
    • Working with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Supporting the Delivery and Reporting team with:
    • Stakeholders’ management at all levels
    • Automation and Process Improvements
    • Knowledge retention
    • Learners’ engagement

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • You have a proficient level of English
  • You have three or more years of experience in data analysis and reporting (L&D / HR / Training industry is a plus)
  • You are familiar with digital learning, adult learning, training measurement and evaluation models
  • You are familiar with learning management systems (LMS) administration
  • You have strong experience with MS Excel and Power BI, in building dashboards from scratch
  • You are familiar with Power Automate, Power Apps, API, or any other automation tool will be highly considered
  • You have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • You have experience developing logic models, workflows, evaluation plans, and data collection instruments is highly desirable
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You have an analytical and technical mind and inclination for problem-solving
  • You are passionate, curious, and self-driven team player who has experience working in fast-paced environments
