Job description
We are an AI-native tech startup currently transitioning from Seed to Series A. We have developed a sophisticated platform that provides transparency into engineering performance—a "secret sauce" built by technical leaders for technical leaders.
We are looking for a Foundational Hire to architect our outbound infrastructure. This isn't a role for consultants or theorists; we need a hands-on builder to design and maintain the systems that will drive our next phase of growth.
The Profile: A Technical Operator

Bias for Action: You are energized by execution. You can take a campaign from concept to launch in hours, ensuring all systems are synchronized and ready to scale.

Technical Craft: You take pride in the details. You have a deep understanding of email deliverability, domain health, and CRM architecture. For you, precision is the baseline.

Efficiency via Automation: You actively explore AI and low-code tools (like Make, Zapier, or Clay) to automate workflows and identify high-intent signals.

In-House Experience: You have a background working within B2B SaaS environments, where you’ve seen the long-term impact of the systems you build.

System Architecture: Build and refine a repeatable outbound motion that can scale with the company.

Data Enrichment: Create intelligent workflows to identify and reach the right personas at the right time.

Team Enablement: Work closely with the GTM Lead to provide our sales team with the high-quality data and tools they need to succeed.
