Sales Development Representative - Remote Work (German Speaker)

Your Future Company:

Founded in 2020, this company is the first Spanish company to generate its own technology to develop cashback programs aimed at banks and businesses. Today, they are looking for new members to join in their fully remote journey.

Your responsibilities and impact as a Sales Development Representative will be:

  • Creating new revenue streams by generating new business prospects
  • Scheduling discovery calls for account executives
  • Conducting high-level discovery and instructive dialogues with Senior Executives in Target Accounts 
  • Leveraging your teammates (Account Executives) to create targeted lists, call techniques, and messaging to drive regional opportunities
  • Achieving + exceeding your KPI’s on a consistent basis
  • Monitoring social networks for sales opportunities and leads
  • Reporting on a weekly basis


Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • Native level of German and advanced level of English
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar position
  • Minimum a bachelor degree
  • Having previous experience with cold-calling
  • Being an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people
  • Having good negotiation skills or showing keenness to learn
  • Having ethic as your primary value
  • Being a team player with high social competence
  • Being energetic, innovative and working proactively at a fast pace
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
  • Starting date : As soon as possible
