Your responsibilities and impact working as a Sales Director will be:  

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and success. 
  • Recruiting seasonal and permanent sales representatives and assuring their needed management, onboarding, and training.
  • Identify and cultivate key client relationships, driving new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to stay abreast of trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Regularly conducting collective training sessions as per the team's needs.

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role: 
  • Full fluency in English in both speaking and writing (Professional proficiency in an additional language like Spanish, German, or Dutch is a plus) 
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • Excellent sales skills, highly energetic and personable, both with clients and colleagues, with a deep understanding of sales.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Extensive knowledge of performance metrics and figures.
  • Resilient under pressure and high-paced working environments. 
  • You are located in Valencia
