Your responsibilities and impact as a Sales Agent will be:

In this role, you will be the point of contact with customers in advising, selling, troubleshooting and even setting up their new products

• Responding to customer inquiries, emails, web contacts, and processing orders
• Talking to customers who actively reach out to the company and show interest in the products
• Selling the product over the phone through good communication and negotiation skills
• Building and enriching the customer database
• Being a team player and participate in the success of the team and project
