Business Growth Specialist (German Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Full Sales Cycle: 
- Conduct market research, identify leads, initiate outreach (primarily via cold calls), close deals, and onboard new clients during their first three months. 
- Lead Generation: 
- Independently generate and qualify leads to grow your client portfolio. 
- Territory Management: 
- Focus on merchant accounts within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), working with businesses of various sizes and industries. 
- Merchant Growth: 
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, re-engage former clients, and provide consultations to optimize deals, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue growth. 
- Problem-Solving: 
- Act as a trusted advisor for merchants, addressing campaign-related issues and providing tailored solutions. 
- Business Insight: 
- Gain a deep understanding of each merchant’s business model, services, target audience, competitive advantages, and revenue drivers.
