Our client is looking for a new employee to support their international team in Athens:
Your responsibilities and impact as a Financial Customer Service Agent in Athen will be:
– Support for customers in the French market
– Operating an excellent customer management
– Providing solutions to customers via phone, mail or social media
– Assume the role of a consultant and provide assistance with specific questions for a famous bank

1045€ gross/ month (paid 14x) + performance bonus of up to 100€ gross/month

Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:
– Speak a native level of German and at least a B2 level in English
– Know the value and impact that a good customer experience can create
– Already experience in the customer service field for 6 months
– Experience in financial transactions
– Are an attentive listener, comfortable and skilful at communicating with people

Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:
– Speak a native level of French and a C1 level in English
– You have at least 6 months of experience of banking related customer service 
– Are enthusiastic about fashion, trends and giving styling advice to others
– Know the value and impact that a good customer experience can create
– Are an attentive listener, comfortable and skilful at communicating with people
– Enjoy being energetic, innovative and working proactively at a fast pace
– Get excited about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
– Are already living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience
