Your responsibilities and impact

  • Proactively prospect and engage with small and medium-sized businesses across the Netherlands
  • Conduct outbound calls and drive new business opportunities through high-volume outreach
  • Present tailored financing solutions such as business loans and credit cards
  • Understand client needs and qualify sales opportunities effectively
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with consistent daily activity
  • Track performance and customer interactions using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with international teams to strengthen market presence
  • Contribute to the growth of a newly established sales hub in Barcelona

Skills, qualifications and interests

  • Native level of Dutch and a good command of English
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Confidence in cold calling and outbound sales activities
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and independent mindset
  • Interest in fintech, financial services, or SME-focused solutions
