The Role & Its Responsibilities
As the Founding SDR, you aren't just making calls; you’re building the engine. Your mission is to:

Own the Spanish Funnel: You’ll be the face of the company for CMOs and CSOs at major enterprises, turning "maybe" into "where do I sign?"

Scale Outbound Operations: From LinkedIn sleuthing to cold calling and local networking, you’ll dominate the Spanish market.

Write the Playbook: Since you’re the first sales hire, you’ll document your wins to create the "Sales Bible" for everyone who joins after you.

Collaborate with the Visionaries: Work directly with the CEO to sharpen the product-market fit based on the feedback you hear on the ground.

The Must-Haves:

B2B Pro: You have 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS or Tech preferred).

Language Master: Native-level Spanish is a must, with English (C1/C2) to keep things moving with the internal team.
