Using a sophisticated blend of AI, SaaS, and Logistics tech, their platform provides global businesses with total visibility and actionable insights. After massive success in the Asia-Pacific region, they are now landing in Europe, and they’ve chosen Spain as their primary gateway.

The Role & Your Impact

As the first Account Executive for the Spanish market, you will report directly to the CEO. Your mission is to take this technical product from "the new kid on the block" to the "must-have partner" for Spanish retailers.

Your core objectives include:

  • Full-Cycle Ownership: From the first "Hola" to the final signature, you own the entire journey for mid-market customers.

  • Strategic Hunting: Initiating outbound contact with independent retail prospects and e-commerce players across Spain.

  • Consultative Selling: You aren't just selling software; you’re advising clients on integrations and partnerships that drive their growth.

  • Collaborative Pricing: Working with internal analytics teams to craft offers that are irresistible for the client but sustainable for the business.

  • Market Intelligence: Feeding real-time insights from the Spanish market back to leadership to help shape the global product roadmap.

  • Smooth Transitions: Ensuring a flawless handover to post-sales teams so your hard-earned clients stay happy and loyal.

The Profile We’re Looking For

You are a sophisticated negotiator who understands that big deals are a marathon, not a sprint. We’re looking for a Growth Architect who brings:

The Must-Haves:

  • Language Mastery: Native-level Spanish and Catalan, with professional fluency in English (you’ll be chatting with the Aussie HQ regularly!).

  • Proven Track Record: At least 4+ years as an Account Executive, specifically closing complex, high-value deals.

  • Logistics DNA: Deep, mandatory experience within the logistics or supply chain sector.

  • The Network: A solid black book of contacts within the mid-market e-commerce sector.

  • Sales Rigor: Experience managing long sales cycles and keeping a CRM so clean you could eat off it.
