Your responsibilities and impact as a Hotel Representative:

• Be the welcoming face of the hotel, greeting guests upon arrival
• Provide personalized advice and assistance to guests on-site
• Offer and sell products and services tailored to guests' needs (uncapped commission potential)
• Coordinate individual travel plans and assist with booking adjustments
• Ensure utmost customer satisfaction and create memorable guest experiences

• Proficiency in German (C1) and strong English skills (B2+)

• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to relocate within Turkey
• Turkish passport or Mavi Card and Turkish work permit
• Valid driver's license
