Your responsibilities and impact as an Internal Technical Support Advisor (German Speaker):

• Handling internal requests regarding technical problems of employees
• Escalating complex problems to the respective higher department
• Problem analysis and preparation of summary reports

• You are a native German Speaker 
• Having a valid work permit for Spain (required)
• You gained first experience in the field of technical support
• Excellent communication skills
