Technical Support for Streaming Platform (Norwegian Speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact as Technical Support will be:
Providing the best possible answers and solutions to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, or social media
Offering guidance on how to use the platform and assisting with troubleshooting
Handling account issues, including payment inquiries and subscription renewals
Responding to Trust & Safety inquiries, including abuse reports and enforcement appeals
Ensuring both user safety and brand integrity
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
A native level of Norwegian and a good level of English
Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
Commitment to high customer satisfaction and service quality
Excellent communication skills and active listening
Motivation for intercultural communication and expatriate life
What’s in it for you?

Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts between 08:00 and 20:00
