Attorneys' Customer Service (Dutch/Flemish Speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Customer Service Representative will be:
  • Handle inbound customer service activities including call handling and ticket (email) handling
  • Provide support to customers on general information questions, general procedure questions, issues on the platforms, user access, and PC configuration
  • Conduct outbound customer service activities such as making callbacks to address questions or provide solutions
  • Send reminder and status update emails to customers
  • Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
  • A native level of Dutch and a good level of English 
  • Having an interest in legal matters
  • Being an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people
  • Being energetic, innovative and working proactively at a fast pace
  • Being able to handle sensitive data reliably
